Whisky 2019 – 29

This was such a disappointing Bowmore. I hate the inconsistent nature of these older bottlings. Where was that intense fruity back bone? The integrated peat? The dominant flavour was soap!

Massive Shinanoya whisky tasting thanks to the Elysian in Melbourne. Some real cracking drams, the Coopers Choice wasn’t on the tasting, just felt like an extra.
