Whisky 2020 – 25-30 North Star Tasting

Nose is super sweet with banana lollies and chocolate sauce and a slight soft liquorice.

Palate is quite lovely I know it’s a grain but it’s quite malty? It has some lovely hay. It moves into salt and liquorice ice cream.

Finish is simple and creamy.
