14 – Wilson & Morgan Bunnahabhain 1989 PX Cask 25 Years
White pepper, soy sauce and ginger, Chinese cooking wine, salt, maple syrup. Spicy caramel bun, soil and earth, burnt bracken, white mould cheese. I know people are rating this but for me it’s not working.
